All personal and credit card information is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the Internet. Introductory £250 Cash Back Promotion - Worldspreads / Ethical Spreads (T&Cs)

1. The Promotion:

The Promotion allows new applicants to WorldSpreads, introduced by Trade4Success to receive a rebate of up to £250 (“the Cash Back”) against realised trading losses incurred within the constraints below.

2. General eligibility:

The Cash Back is only available to new WorldSpreads applicants who open an account and deposit £500 or more into their new spread betting account.

To be eligible for the offer, the applicant must enter the promotional code Trade4Success in the ‘Where Did You Hear About Us?’ drop-down box during registration – this is the promotional code for ‘Trade4Success’.

3. The Cash Back basis:

The Cash Back consists of a maximum rebate per account of £250.00 which may be applied towards settlement of any realised losses incurred on trading on the account up to 8 weeks after the account opening date. The cash back is cumulative, and cannot exceed an aggregate of £250.00 per account.

You have 14 days after the end of the 8 week Cash Back period to make your claim (i.e. anytime within 10 weeks of the account opening date). If you have not claimed the Cash Back within the above period, any unused portion thereof will be deemed to have lapsed.

It is the responsibility of the client to claim the cash back and the cash back will not automatically be applied to offset losses.

Any client taking advantage of the Promotion must have completed the full account application procedure and may not avail him/her self of any or all of the Cash Back while his or her account is delinquent in any respect.

4. Particular eligibility

No more than one Promotion or Cash Back will be granted per household or extended family. The offer is not open to existing WorldSpreads clients. No offer of credit is implied by the Promotion.

The offer stands for new UK resident applicants to WorldSpreads Ltd, and is not open to existing clients of WorldSpreads or any associated group companies. The offer is available once only, and does not apply if you have already used this offer previously.

5. General

WorldSpreads reserve the right to decide at their sole discretion to: accept and process applications under the Promotion; be the arbiter of any dispute under the terms of the Promotion; and govern the operation of all client accounts strictly in accordance with its Customer Agreement as published at Worldspreads.com.

 

Trade4Success Educational Courses - Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are the basis of the contract between The Business Ladder (UK) Limited t/a Trade4Success (“Trade4Success”) and yourself (the “Client”).

1. All training, presentational and educational materials provided by Trade4Success remain at all times the sole copyright of Trade4Success or its relevant related entities or affiliates. Legal action will be taken against any person(s) who infringe(s) the copyright of Trade4Success or its related entities or affiliates by distributing the information contained within our training materials, presentations or educational courses, or part thereof, either through reselling or distributing the information by any method, electronic or otherwise, including public performance of any kind.

2. Enrolment on Trade4Success educational courses or those provided by its related entities or affiliates can be made online via the website, via telephone or by manual enrolment form. In making payment for your course, you will have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Trade4Success and its related entities or affiliates may provide educational courses or training, whether in person, via telephone or by electronic or other means. Where an order is placed for a training course or other training solution (including but not limited to seminars, workshops, telephone training sessions or other training), a Client may cancel within 7 days of placing the order and receive a full refund provided that the training is not scheduled to begin or take place within the 7-day period. Where applicable, Trade4Success or its related entities or affiliates will endeavour to issue refunds as soon as possible but within a maximum of 30 days from the date an e-mail request is received to info@trade4success.co.uk.

4. Where a Client wishes to cancel a previously booked training session after the 7-day period has expired, any refund will be at the sole discretion of Trade4Success or its relevant related entities or affiliates. In the event of a refund being agreed between Trade4Success and the cancelling Client, Trade4Success and its relevant related entities or affiliates reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in order to cover administrative and other costs.

5. Where a Client wishes to postpone a previously booked training session (whether such training is to be in person, via telephone or by electronic or other means) and provides adequate prior notice of this fact, Trade4Success shall use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the Client, for example by placing them on the next available session of that training course. In the event of any such postponement, Trade4Success reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge an additional fee from the Client in order to cover administrative and other costs.

6. In the provision of training courses of any kind, Trade4Success and its related entities or affiliates shall not in any way be liable for missed or cancelled sessions caused by circumstances outside their control, including (but not limited to) unavailability of venues, impossibility of obtaining public or other transport, failure of telephone or Internet infrastructure or other technological breakdown, illness, industrial action, war, public disorder or acts of god. In the event of any such extraordinary occurrence causing a missed or cancelled session, Trade4Success and its relevant related entities or affiliates shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the registered attendees of said session as soon as reasonably practicable after the cancellation is decided.

7. Trade4Success and its related entities or affiliates reserve the right to remove, from any educational course or other session, Clients who fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. Trade4Success and its related entities or affiliates also reserve the right to refuse or cancel course enrolments or suggest alternative arrangements, if they believe it will not be in the best interest of themselves, a related entity or affiliate, other participants or the individual concerned to attend an educational course or other training session.

8. Trade4Success and its relevant related entities or affiliates have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this website and all training or educational materials provided on our training courses or through this website. However, Trade4Success makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided and accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy or errors and omissions, or for any damage or injury to persons or property arising out of the accessing or use of any files, software and other materials, instructions, methods or ideas contained within this website and any training materials provided.

 

The Trading Pages (Financial Trading Directory) - Terms and Conditions

1. Advertising subscriptions for companies wishing to list on 'The Trading Pages' are deemed to have started once payment is received by Trade4Success and the listing goes live on the directory website. For monthly subscriptions, 30 days’ notice is required if you wish to cancel your subscription. For annual subscriptions, the same notice period applies, but please note that there is NO REFUND on annual subscriptions if you decide to cancel before the 12-month period has expired.

2. The material within 'The Trading Pages' directory website is provided for general information only. Trade4Success accepts no responsibility for loss occasioned as a result of reliance placed upon any parts of the contents of this website and makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any such information or content. Your use of this website is governed by our General conditions above and by progressing beyond the home page you are deemed to accept these conditions.
