Fabio co-founded The Business Ladder training network having graduated with a First-class degree from Oxford and worked as a lawyer for several years at two prominent corporate law firms in the City.

From his valuable experience of the corporate sphere, having explored firsthand the strengths of large entities as well as their limitations, he often noted how more could be done to cultivate practical business skills in their employees.

As a result Fabio developed and codified The People Perspective^TM for the business arena precisely to foster the essential 'soft skills' that many businesses and employees are lacking in, frequently through little fault of their own. Our approach therefore focuses on developing such real skills and cutting through the complexity that obscures the results that you want to achieve.

As part of his results-focused philosophy he believes strongly in the challenge and rewards of business, as well as the importance of sharing the benefit of our unique pragmatic approach with every kind of entity from grass-roots start-ups to large organisations.

In addition to overseeing our core business skills training, he also spreads the core values of The Business Ladder which he is so enthusiastic about through his consultancy work, coaching and events. He also shares his business vision through our successful Property Agency Training and Letting4Success channels, and invests in a variety of small and medium-sized businesses through Bloomsbury Investments.

Outside of the business arena, Fabio is an accomplished classical pianist, an absolutely fearless amateur tennis player, and a multi-faceted writer and poet.
