At The Business Ladder our policy is to reduce this impact wherever possible whilst still being flexible and aware of our clients' and customers' needs, for example in the ways we communicate with them and deliver information.
The following approach is what we follow but also encourage for our clients, contractors and suppliers:
- Using electronic over paper documentation where possible and appropriate
- Eliminating unecessary printing of emails
- Continuously seeking to improve environmental performance
- Reducing pollution, emissions and waste
- Reducing the use of all raw materials, energy and supplies
- Raising awareness, encouraging participation and training employees in environmental matters
