The terms and conditions below are the basis of the contract between The Business Ladder (UK) Limited t/a ES Success Coaching ("Enlightened Spirit") and yourself (the “Student”).

1. All training materials, tuition and education provided by Enlightened Spirit remain at all times the sole copyright of Enlightened Spirit and Rory James MacLaren-Jackson. Legal action will be taken against any person(s) who infringe the copyright of Enlightened Spirit by distributing the information contained within our training materials and courses, or part thereof, either through reselling or distributing the information by any method, electronic or otherwise, including public performance of any kind.

2. Enrolment on Enlightened Spirit distance learning courses can be made online via our website, via telephone or manual enrolment form. In making payment for your course, you will have agreed to these terms and conditions.

3. Your distance learning course application will be successful once we receive cleared payment for the full course fee. At this point your enrolment will be complete and this is deemed to be your enrolment date for your chosen course.

4. The course fee is non-refundable and any refund made at our discretion following cancellation in writing will be minus the standard cancellation fee of £150.00 (or £100.00 for the option comprising the training manual / business package + CD-ROM only), and will only be made if all training materials are returned unused and in excellent condition. In addition, there may also be a charge for course materials, website registration costs and tutor time as appropriate.

5. After 14 days from enrolment on a distance learning course no refund will be given to students who, for whatever reason, cancel or fail to complete the course.

6. Enlightened Spirit reserves the right to remove, from any course, students who fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. Enlightened Spirit also reserves the right to refuse enrolments, or suggest alternative arrangements, if it believes it will not be in the best interest of the company, other participants or the individual concerned to attend an Enlightened Spirit course.

7. For UK students, optional assessments can be submitted via post or email. For non-UK students, assessment and feedback will be conducted via email only (clear instructions are provided with course materials).

8. The information and materials provided by Enlightened Spirit are provided for general information purposes only. Enlightened Spirit has used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this website and all training materials provided on our training courses. However, Enlightened Spirit makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided and accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy or errors and omissions, or for any damage or injury to persons or property (including any computer hardware and/or software) arising out of the accessing or use of any files, software and other materials, instructions, methods or ideas contained within this website and all training materials provided. All projections of potential earnings are for guidance only and responsibility for success lies solely with the individual.

9. Any third party websites which may be accessed through this website are the sole responsibility of the third party who is posting the website.

10. Enlightened Spirit makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any information on third party websites and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions or for any damage or injury to persons or property arising out of the use or operation of any materials, instructions, methods or ideas contained on such websites.
