Training Courses
All training courses offered and/or delivered by The Business Ladder or its related entities or affiliates are provided on the basis that the attendee agrees not to reproduce or broadcast any of the course content or material, or part thereof, through any means whatsoever electronic or otherwise.
The contents of all training courses are for information and reference purposes only. The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate can accept no liability for any losses or damages which might occur from acting upon this information.
Where you wish to alter or amend a course booking date, notice must be given to The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate in writing no fewer than 14 days prior to the course date. The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate will endeavour to move your booking to the next available or suitable course date at no additional charge. However, where a course booking is cancelled completely, all such cancellations will be subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee per delegate deducted from the amount paid when booking the course.
Where an order is placed for a training course or other training solution, a buyer may cancel within 7 days of placing the order and receive a full refund provided that the training is not scheduled to begin or take place within the 7-day period. Where applicable, The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate will endeavour to issue refunds as soon as possible but within a maximum of 30 days from the date notice of cancellation is received.
Where a buyer wishes to cancel a previously booked training course after the above 7-day period has expired, any refund will be at the sole discretion of The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate. In the event of a refund being agreed between The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate and the cancelling buyer, The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in order to cover administrative and other costs.
Where a buyer wishes to postpone a previously booked training course and provides adequate prior notice of this fact, The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate shall use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the buyer, for example by placing them on the next available session of that training course. In the event of any such postponement, The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge an additional fee from the buyer in order to cover administrative and other costs.
In the provision of training of any kind, The Business Ladder or its related entities or affiliates shall not in any way be liable for missed or cancelled sessions caused by circumstances outside their control, including (but not limited to) unavailability of venues, impossibility of obtaining public or other transport, failure of telephone or Internet infrastructure or other technological breakdown, illness, industrial action, war, public disorder or acts of god. In the event of any such extraordinary occurrence causing a missed or cancelled session, The Business Ladder or the relevant related entity or affiliate shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the registered attendees of said session as soon as reasonably practicable after the cancellation is decided.
The Business Ladder and its related entities or affiliates reserve the right to remove, from any training course or other session, attendees who fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. The Business Ladder and its related entities and affiliates also reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking of a training course or other training session, or suggest alternative arrangements, if they believe it will not be in the best interest of themselves, a related entity or affiliate, other participants or the individual concerned to attend such training course or other training session.
Publications
In placing an order for any training publications provided through the website, the buyer understands that it is for their personal use only and agrees not to share the information contained within with any third party.
In particular, with regard to the business packages provided through The Business Ladder, the buyer understands that they are purchasing the information and documentation contained within that business package for the purposes of reference only.

For annual subscriptions, the same notice period applies, but please note that there is NO REFUND on annual subscriptions if you decide to cancel before the 12-month period has expired.
