Who are the people behind The Business Ladder?

The Business Ladder was started by Rory James MacLaren-Jackson and Fabio Del Piero, bringing together years of business experience in large corporates and small and medium sized enterprises, across a variety of industries. We can also lay claim to a proven, successful ability to train others in the skills and practical business concepts that form part and parcel of the entrepreneurial path – the positive feedback that we receive for the training courses and materials we deliver through our different training channels speaks for itself!

What makes your training so different?

At The Business Ladder we pride ourselves on our real experience in the field successfully starting and running businesses. We don’t simply ply you with academic theory, or pure book learning; what you get is practical learning. It’s The Business Ladder way to always teach theory along with a tangible, useful practical application. Moreover, our unique tried and tested training methods are designed to inspire as well as train, tapping our attendees’ desire to develop their business skills and understanding in a concrete, productive manner.

It seems like it might be difficult and confusing to run various businesses or have lots of business interests at the same time. Is that true?

In reality, not at all, if you have a sound overall strategy and the correct systems in place. The central features and requirements of running any business, or of pursuing any business interest effectively, are exactly the same. It’s simply the surrounding details that change. It’s the natural entrepreneur’s ability to be able to work in any organisation, in any industry, imposing their positive vision and direction to make it successful.
