A multi-lingual business skills trainer and coach, Fabio Del Piero co-founded The Business Ladder training network after graduating from Oxford and working as a lawyer for several years at two prominent corporate law firms in the City.

He brings valuable experience of the corporate arena, having explored firsthand the business strengths of many large entities as well as their limitations, often noting how more could be done to cultivate practical business skills and vision in their employees.

After starting off by investing in small and medium sized start-ups while still employed, Fabio took the next step of entering the realm of business full-time in order to spread the core values of The Business Ladder which he is so enthusiastic about. He believes strongly in the challenge and rewards of entrepreneurship, as well as the importance of sharing the immense benefits of entrepreneurial skills with the employed and self-employed alike.
