One of the most important stages of selling any product or service is closing the deal. This is when the client or customer agrees to the sale based on the actions and presentations delivered by the sales person.

This course explores how to develop a successful approach to sales and specifically closing the deal both faster and more often. As well as detailing the optimum strategies to achieve more sales, it also covers specific closing techniques.

In this one-day course you and/or members of your team will learn how to:
  • Build the foundations to a successful sale from the  first contact
  • Identify customer/client needs and match effectively
  • Make your sales presentations really sell!
  • Develop ‘sales sensitivity’ - knowing when to close
  • Handle objections, negotiate and move to the close
  • Apply proven closes to a variety of sales scenarios
